Brass Monkey Ice Cream is a partnership between myself & my brother Phil who happens to make the best organic ice cream on the planet! Brass Monkey has been designed and built by ourselves from branding through to fitout. We have built 2 parlours so far and will be extending to other areas in the UK very soon.
